If the high aluminum brick temperature burning temperature is high, burning color will be deep yellowish white, the surface color looks not so nice as low temperature sintering, but the use effect is good. Because the temperature of the bauxite raw material itself have flexibility, low temperature sintering will appear secondary expansion phenomenon, affecting the normal working cycle.

The sintering temperature of high aluminum brick depends on the raw material. Too high sintering temperature will deform the brick, and too low sintering temperature will have low strength of high aluminum brick, and not wear, easy to peel.

If the sintering temperature is slightly lower, the high aluminum bricks burned out look good, the size is consistent, can only be used in wall bricks and static furnace lining, if it is a rotating rotary kiln can not be used well, because in the rotation process, the low temperature high aluminum bricks will appear secondary expansion and contraction, the kiln body in the case of temperature rise and contraction, the brick will appear secondary closure and rise, so it is very easy to cause high aluminum bricks spalling.

If the sintering temperature of high aluminum brick is appropriate, although the color of the sintered brick is dark, the effect will be longer than that of the refractory brick with a slightly lower fire sintering color when used in the rotating kiln lining, and the service cycle will be long. Because in the case of high temperature, the raw materials are burned to death, and there is no closing rise, the effect of use will be better.
